Tasks, reminders, and meetings

Open the tasks icon in the top toolbar to see overdue and upcoming to-dos. Create a task from the toolbar or from a session on the day view using + → Task.

Lesson reminders

Inside a lesson plan, add reminders for equipment, printing, or follow-ups. Reminders surface when you need them without cluttering the plan itself.

Meetings and duties

Create meetings and responsibilities from Settings → Responsibilities. They appear on your day calendar alongside lessons. Click a meeting entry to open its notes and linked plans where applicable.

Class colours

Customise class colours in Settings → Classes so your diary is easy to scan at a glance.
